MEDITERRANEAN REVIVAL​

This Mediterranean Revival residence began with a clear vision — a timeless family home refined in every detail, designed to endure for generations. From the façade inward, the design was built on a foundation of Ann Sacks tile and a considered color story drawn from the surrounding landscape.

Lighting shaped the atmosphere throughout, with chandeliers sourced from Donghia, Vaughan, and Urban Electric. Because much of the home opens to the scenic views of Delray, the interiors were conceived to move fluidly between inside and out — the natural setting informing every material and finish decision.

Custom sofas from L Pearson Design anchor the living spaces alongside signature pieces from Palecek. Textiles from Holly Hunt, Kravet, and Jim Thompson bring depth and warmth, while case goods from Palecek and Biscayne Design ground the rooms with craftsmanship and proportion.
